Membership card. Please add $5.00 for second card for spouse or significant other.

HSOA Members,
Welcome to the world’s largest motorcycle Owners Association devoted specifically to Harley-Davidson’s
Heritage Springer.
HSOA began in 2003 as a means for FLSTS and FLSTSI owners to share information and organize
gatherings and rides. FLSTS/I production numbers are finite and were produced from 1997 to 2003
and are no longer manufactured. We are dedicated to this Living Legend and its preservation. We are
also dedicated to the unique Men and Women who enjoy owning and riding them and forging lifelong
relationships built on a common interest and mutual respect. We are an association with members
from all over the globe.
We are not a motorcycle club, but we are better defined as an Association of Owners of the finest
motorcycle ever made, in our humble opinion of course.
Our only rules are that you MUST own a 1997-2003 FLSTS or FLSTSI, agree to represent HSOA
honorably and in the best possible way as a member, and to exercise mutual respect to other HSOA
members. Membership number is number assigned by the Discussion Forum and Membership card
is issued once the initial fee is received. Please complete back of your membership card once received.
HSOA’s patches are not "Colors" nor do we "Fly Colors". Please use good judgment when affixing other
patches, pins, etc. with your HSOA Patch. There are established rules of Motorcycle Clubs and
organizations that pre-date most, if not all of us. We will do our best to acknowledge those established rules.
General guidelines are as follows:
Please, no member shall wear the designation of 1% on his or her vest, jacket or any other article of clothing
while representing HSOA.
Please, HSOA Patches will not be worn with other patches representing Motorcycle Clubs. This does not
apply to other associations or owners group patches w/o chapter rockers that are 3 ½” or smaller.
Other patches will be allowed as long as they do not take away from the HSOA patch.
We ARE NOT a Motorcycle Club, WE ARE an "Owners Association".
Patch Placement Suggestions:
It’s been explained to me that small patches are typically put on the right chest area because it is best seen
when introducing yourself with a handshake. As a general rule, I put my Country’s Flag on my left chest or
sleeve (close to my heart) and will be putting a small HSOA patch on my right chest or sleeve.
As HSOA Members, you and your spouse, significant other, etc. (provided their name is given on application)
are entitled to wear the HSOA patch.
